Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solutions
RESS process is base on that the solute is dissoluble in SCCO2.The solute is initially dissolved in a solvent at high temperature and pressure. It is then heated under supercritical conditions and allowed to expand rapidly through a short nozzle into a region of low pressure and temperature which results in the dissolved material precipitating rapidly as a fine powder or thin film with narrow size distribution.
Features
1. Pressure control range: 75 ~ 300 Bar
2. Temperature Control Range: 35~80¡æ
3. Powder particle diameter control: 0.05~10µm
4. Particle distribution may be up to 80%, and the biological activity recovery rate is 80% or more.
